How do I delete a family group link?

Why i can't delete family group?

I created a family group in my family tree.

I am the only user of that group. I have been using my family tree for years. Then I found that I have to buy a subscription in order to access all the group functions of my family tree. That was the last straw. I want to delete my family group and use it on my personal family tree. However, I can't do that. Everytime I try to delete my group, my family tree freezes up. I can't even switch to another page. I have tried all options. I have tried to reset my family tree but that didn't work either.

Why does this happen? I'm running Vista 64 bit. Could someone help me please? I can't even delete my family group because it freezes my family tree? The Family Group option is not available when you try to delete your family group. How can I fix this problem? If you are creating a family group for a person who is not a member of your family tree, you can do so by going to the Options section. Select Create New Family Group. If you are creating a family group for a member of your family tree, you will need to be an administrator for that family tree to create a family group for that person. When you are creating a family group, please enter the following information: Name. Title. Start date. End date. You can choose between the year and the month view when creating a family group.
