You can google around to find some more info. If you get one from a reputable supplier there's no reason why you couldn't grow your own if you have a greenhouse. You might also be able to get one from nurseries who sell seeds which are guaranteed to germinate.

No, this is not possible in the ordinary sense - you can't produce seeds without pollination. The closest you could come would be an open-pollinated variety. The Chinese cedar and camellia are both difficult to get seeds from (you have to graft them), so even if you could get them from seed, they wouldn't be available in all countries.
