When the site in question starts sending you the wrong IP address, stop sending the requests, then restart it.

4) You could also use the built in tools in Windows or macOS to see the IP addresses being sent, but I find this a little tricky because it does not always pick up on all IP addresses. If you use Internet Explorer, you could get the URL of the website and go to the URL bar in the browser. Note that this may not work if you visit the site in question from another computer or browser. If you are concerned that your wife might be cheating on you, you might try visiting the sites using your phone, so that the IP addresses are not in a log.

5) Another option is to open the Network Monitor on Windows and look for websites that are trying to connect to unusual sites. I've never heard of a service that could track a computer and provide the IP address for that system.

Port forwarding - if you have a personal router then it is almost certainly configured to forward a certain port number to a specific computer or a group of computers. It is easy to forward a port to a specific computer or a group of computers and then guess what IP addresses were on the port. Most routers are set up so that the default port 80 is forwarded to the external modem.
