Hello guys. Just a couple of days ago, Apple revealed iPhone 11 series that they will come with their new iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro models. I was interested to know more about cellular in my iPhone and how to enable it. In iPhone 13, you can see several different cellular feature, where cellular info, cell phone data, cell signal & cell service. You can use these three categories to determine which of these features you want to activate or turn off.

Now, I am wondering which cellular feature I should activate or turn off, can any of you help? I just checked them and found there are 2 cellular features, enable cellular and disable cellular which doesn't even mention anything about activating, turn off, etc. You can also get more information about each section by clicking on cell settings. I think it won't hurt if you read this article I wrote.

Thanks. Re: Where is cellular in iPhone 13 settings? It's a question of what "cellular feature" you want to activate. If you want to just use T-mobile, then I would suggest turning off cell phone data. The only reason I say this is because you may be using a phone that supports both CDMA and GSM which I'm not sure if it does.

IPhone Cellular Service & Data. Here's a link for all current Apple models and OS versions for both AT&T and T-Mobile SIM card support. AT&T and T-Mobile SIM cards works differently. To switch AT&T SIM to T-Mobile SIM you need to make AT&T SIM card inactive. Or you need to use the old AT&T SIM with the Apple SIM.

I do agree that cellular feature is a great to see and we can use it anytime.

How to change network mode in iPhone 13?

We have changed the default network mode in our new iPhone 13, and with that we have received a lot of criticism.

We would like to explain to you what was changed in the new network mode and what changes you will face if you switch back to the old mode.

To switch to a certain mode we use a command on your iPhone that is activated by touching the Settings app, then choose Connections. We can also change our network mode in the Phone app. If you have an active data connection, you can just tap the Connection setting on the top right corner.

What have you changed? In the new Network Mode, the available data plans are the following: The unlimited plan has changed to 1 GB per month for one time fee. So if you choose this option you get up to 1 GB of data per month for one time fee. You will not be charged if you exceed the data limit and you will only receive this data at the end of each month.

You get 2 GB per month for one time fee if you choose the 2 GB plan. How will I know if I'm exceeding the data limit? All iPhones have a monthly data usage summary in the phone settings. It shows the data you have used so far in that month.

As the plan you choose is automatically renewed every month, you will not be charged for overage even if you exceeded your data limit. You can go to Settings > Data > Overages to see your data usage. You can change your data plan to the unlimited plan after your first month at no extra cost. As this is the best option for heavy data users, you can easily change the network mode to the unlimited plan. Is it possible to change the network mode from the iPhone app? Yes. You can find it in the Phone app, under the connection settings on the top right corner.

How do I fix my network problem on my iPhone 13?

I bought my iPhone 13 a few months ago and since day 1, the network service on my iPhone has been very bad.

On iOS 12 on an iPhone in the USA, the service rarely works at all. It's just a series of missed calls or slow call transfers that goes from good to bad to dead. My data is always at 2% usage and my upload speeds are low to nonexistent.

A couple weeks ago, the same thing happened to me and I was really frustrated because I wanted to test out the new 5G service, but there was no service available because of the network issue. I'm at the point where I'm trying to fix it myself. What do you think the problem is? What can I do to fix it? Please help!

Network is fine outside of the United States. As an aside, when I go outside of the US to countries such as Colombia and Brazil (where data isn't subsidized in any way by the government) the signal goes from spotty to fine instantly. It's almost like if they've somehow identified this problem as happening in the US only.

Re: ? No it's not fine, that's what the OP said. They're outside of the US in Colombia and Brazil and it's fine. And we don't know what countries he's outside of.
@dwilson123 The problem is with the entire US cellular service system. The problem is being caused by an AT&T server which appears to have been broken for over a year now.

I will say that AT&T will not fix the servers. Not to the best of their ability at least. You will need to contact your carrier or local service provider if your service is not available and AT&T claims to provide service and it is not.

I believe the AT&T server was having issues for a while, and there's actually a lot of people out there doing a lot of work behind the scenes to upgrade the AT&T cellular infrastructure to deal with a new generation of phones/devices coming out.
