NordVPN has customer service via email, phone and even Skype. There's always somebody online to talk to and I've never had any problems.

I was just a little tired and grumpy yesterday and got the feeling like SurfShark has a better customer service system, but after reading another post where another person stated that NordVPN has a customer service system. The reason why I chose to get NordVPN was because I liked their no logs policy. I wasn't really able to find the SurfShark log policy. I wanted to know what was going on with my connection.
