How do I remove a supervised device from family link?
My parents want to remove one of my 4 devices from being on their family link account, the reason is that they did not agree that I had to have one device for each member of my family.
When my dad did sign up with family link and pay for his account, he went through and deleted all of my devices.
I'm guessing the next step is to remove one of my devices from family link. My question is , I am not allowed access to my devices on my dads phone but I am still getting texts and calls even though i'm not allowed? I am an iPhone user and it was so easy to delete any device without his permission. Just hit cancel to delete any device you are not allowed access to. However, there are some things your device will send to his phone even though you were not given access and not all devices allow this unless you agree to them. I hope this helps.
If the phone calls and texts are coming directly to your number instead of my dads phone then the answer isn't really clear because I haven't tried it. If your brother has his phone with him when the calls and texts start coming and then he deletes them and turns off his phone again the calls and texts will come to your phone directly. I would have to read the contract to be sure, but at the very least, if you're not authorized on the phone you're supposed to be receiving texts and calls from, it's possible they could be going to your number as that seems to be happening in your situation.
I think this may help: I'm going to quote what the family link guide says on family link, and then give you what it says your devices send to the other person. If you are NOT authorized on the other persons phone but they are calling your phone number directly, they could try this as well.
What information does your phone send to familylink.com/devices and myphone.info/devices?The phone is your authorized device. Other family members can't see who your other devices are (such as kids' iPhones or Blackberries). Your family can only receive messages, photos, and videos from your authorized device.

How to remove a supervised member from family link without deleting account?
I am using family link and have recently discovered that my family member does not want to remove the account because he or she is using it for certain things and the account cannot be deleted (not sure why this is, but it can't). I have removed his or her username from all my accounts so that the account cannot be used. But what is the easiest way to completely remove the username without deleting the account? (I have seen a few posts on how to delete the account, but I don't want that to happen since I have a bunch of documents on there and I do not want to lose everything)
Is there any way to remove the username, or completely remove the account? I just want to know the easiest way to remove the username and not the entire account (ie, the only thing that remains is the username) without deleting the account. I just want to know the easiest way to remove the username and not the entire account (ie, the only thing that remains is the username) without deleting the account. The only way I know of to do this is to delete the account and recreate it with a new username. There are two ways to do this. The first is to log in as the super user, access the user's data, and remove the username from the family link settings (where the "username" is identified as the "User Name" of the family link). The second is to log in as the super user, access the user's data, and then delete the family link (either directly through the website or through the app). When you delete the family link, it will only be deleted from the super user's account; it will not be deleted from any other user's accounts.
Then, when the super user deletes the family link, it will not be able to be used by any user (and I don't know why). Thanks for all of your help! I had actually created a new user account, removed the user from the family link and re-added them (or at least that's what I thought I had done).

Click your user name (to the right of your name) and then click Manage my Profile. You'll see your profile settings page. Click the Supervision tab. Then uncheck the box for "Require me to sign in to my account before I can complete tasks."
That should do it.
