How to download movies onto iPad?

I got my iPad recently and I want to download the latest movies onto it.

When I go to an iTunes movies section and search for a movie I want to download, I just find an iTunes icon which is just there.

After selecting that I just click on download in iTunes and wait until it's done. When I look at my iPad on my PC, I see the movie on my iPad (the icon of the movie). And I can play the movie but not add it to my iPhone/iPad or iPod touch.

My question is: If I purchase the movie in iTunes, will it sync with my iPad? I don't have iTunes because I don't have a computer with which I can download the apps. I did, however, upgrade to the latest version of the iPad OS today.

Yes, if the file you are trying to sync is protected by DRM it will be an iOS problem if you try to sync the file to your iPad. It is not going to work unless you get a license to unlock the DRM protection.

I thought I was getting a new copy of the movie when I bought it from iTunes, but no such luck. When you purchase the movie you only get a .ipa file (app installer) which can be loaded to an iPad via iTunes or Cydia.

If you want to be able to install the app you have to pay for an "Enterprise" license. An Enterprise license is an option during purchase of a video which installs the App Store app and lets you sync to your iPad etc. Just got my first iPhone 5 last night and since then I've had a couple of issues which led me to the above situation. So I purchased "Gravity" from the iTunes store, and when I was installing it kept crashing on both my old (3rd generation) and new iphones. I ended up having to do a hard reset, which I was happy with, and it worked fine after that.

However, when I tried to sign into my Apple ID on my PC, it was like it wasn't letting me in at all - none of the icons would change and nothing would update when I opened a different browser tab.
