First of all, they suggest to go to your browser's menu and open the security tab, then select their server. What I did was select New connection, then I selected my IP as the server, and a location close to my country (I am in Germany).

It still took me forever to load my homepage, and once I finished loading, the page kept freezing for a couple seconds. I was extremely frustrated because I had the best VPN connection and everything was fine, but the app was so slow that it was almost unusable.

Also, CyberGhost gave me a speed test from a server in Germany, which is the country where I'm from. The test result looked okay at first, but after a couple minutes it started to lag, and finally crashed.
