What is the easiest TV service for seniors?

What streaming device gets the most channels?

I bought a Roku, it has more than 20 channels on it.

And is there a list somewhere, of what all the major providers are streaming on what services? So my question here, and please correct me if wrong, are they all on the same device (at different settings) for instance on the channel you can change the input like hdtv, xbox live tv, or you can set it at auto and it gets what shows have available, and you switch over to a different input where you get X player. On their channels you will find more than 20 or 30 but the ones Ive looked into do a good job at giving the most selections they have, so the best part for me is just seeing which of their channels are actually working on their system.

I've tried to look up on google, but nothing I found was clear. I figured when they release a new one of their channels it's listed on their website, and some might be a little off on other providers, but what has been working consistently on my samsung plasma at least from my experience (hulu I think always works in the middle, but Hulu is the only one with that option) I am about 10 hours away from switching to the Roku, and I'll probably want to look into the different devices in the meantime. I've been using the Amazon prime video player which had way more channels and I had no problems watching things, but then the Amazon channels were only a few channels long and they'd play on the screen constantly and it got irritating pretty fast. I do remember reading you could set how long you wanted to play the channel before it went back on the main screen to not be annoying on that side.

Now this doesn't take into account the amount of channels that have been removed from the major providers websites for various reasons.but then we're talking about the major providers you can find the channel list.

Well they're on Roku 2 and 5 and you get to decide how you use it so you can use it how you want. A lot of kids in my age bracket are all into the Xbox One so thats why they use it. Not sure if they really stream though, just a recommendation really, and since Im so close to purchasing a device myself right now.

Yeah it seemed like a lot.
