I've done this the hard way, and it has taken me a few days.

In case anyone else is in the same situation, here's how I managed it: Turned off my PC. Turned on my PC with the disk in, running Windows. Ran Diskpart, where I added a partition on C: and another on D:, for a total of 2 partitions. Rebooted my PC. Ran Norton Security, opened up the vault, found out which location was encrypted, and deleted it. Unplugged the hard drive from my PC and put it into another PC. Copied everything to that other PC. Ran Norton Security again, and the vault was gone. Ran Diskpart again to add back the 2 partitions I deleted and rebooted. Copied everything to the PC I had it in. Rebooted and turned on my PC. Done. It wasn't a very easy thing to do, and I learned the hard way. Open Norton security. Go to Tools > Options > Change Settings > File History > Turn off File History. Click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the screen. On the General tab turn off File History. Once you restart your computer Norton security will be back to normal.
