What is the anime where MC goes to magic school with no magic?
An anime with an MC character who goes to a magic school to learn magic without having any magical powers?
I think it was in the 70s or 80s. I've googled it for ages and can't find the right term. The MC of the series (and his friend) are going to a wizard's magic school, but since they don't have magic, they get put in a class where students without magic don't belong. It's Darnassus (1980). MC doesn't learn any magic, but finds a way to make use of her intelligence, wits and physical abilities to succeed in the course.
MC is not only not a spell caster, she has no magic powers at all. In fact, she could hardly read at the start. But she is an extremely intelligent girl with quick wits and a lot of energy. She also has some physical skill, as shown by her ability to hold her own against the other students in the class. This girl from another world is the one who makes this fantasy world come to life. Her determination and ambition are truly admirable.
There is also a manga with same title. Here is a brief description on Wikipedia.

What is the anime where the female MC goes to magic school?
You know how some anime where the female MC goes to magic school to become a mage.
I don't remember the name of the series but it's pretty old.
I'm looking for it because I think that one is good, but I have no idea what it's called. This is a long shot, but I believe it's called "Mahou Tsukai no Yome" (). I really like this one. It's an adaptation of the manga by the same author as the anime "K-On!" () . The manga version was just recently adapted into anime and it's just great.
