Can you download Netflix on Android 10?

Yes.

The most important feature of the new Android 10 operating system was its support for downloading and uploading from third-party apps, but the Netflix app has been updated to actually make that possible. It's a big deal. I don't know how this happened, but I can tell you it worked on my test devices when I tried it last night.

If you're reading this at the Google Play store, you should be able to download the update now (it's not live in the wild yet). If you're reading this from a phone or tablet, you probably don't have the latest update already, but if you do, you should be able to go to Settings > System Updates > Check for Updates. Downloading on Android isn't as easy as it was when the Play Store first began including Netflix on other platforms. That's not to say it's impossible, but it takes more effort than simply clicking.
