If someone who had no idea about websites visited your website, wouldn't they ask themselves why they were being tracked?

So, even if they aren't storing browsing data, what about the use of their own tracker? The browser could still log people into third party sites if they happen to visit those, or at least it will know who the visitor was. I think that this should either be clearly mentioned or it should be added so that it would be mentioned that they are tracking people. Even though their privacy policy says, We never knowingly collect personally identifiable information about your online activities unless you specifically choose to share such information with us, for example when signing up for an account, or purchasing a product from Vivaldi.e. You can say that you never knowingly but the browser is always tracking you. Even if I turn off every tracking option, it will still know who you are.
