Why can't I see my gallery on my phone?

Where is the gallery folder on my Android phone?

I have android phone (Samsung s3) and recently installed Windows 10. I am trying to use a program called Photo Story on my phone but it seems to not be able to find the gallery folder on my phone.

This problem is generally solved by installing the gallery manager app. For android, the name of this app varies based on the manufacturer of your device. The default name that I see on the app store for Samsung devices is 'gallery'. You can find this app in the app store for your android device. On windows 10, search for 'gallery' (or whatever the correct name is on your device).

I had exactly the same problem. After a long research, I have found a solution.

The problem is when you want to install Picassa (the photo gallery app) you have to select only Picassa instead of Google Photos. If you don't do this, the Gallery application will be missing and we need the Picassa/Gallery application. Go to playstore and search for the image gallery.

I can upload a lot of pictures to Flickr and they are all in there when I go on my desktop or laptop computer, but when I go to see them on my phone they aren't there. I've been to a whole bunch of support sites, done all the FAQs and have the latest software, yet nothing works. I tried my phone on multiple computers, and nothing works. I try uploading from the website and get an error message that it couldn't be processed by the server.

It's driving me crazy because it was working before, and then suddenly didn't work. We are experiencing issues with sending and receiving photos on some shared devices. We are working on a solution and are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact for additional assistance.

My phone says I'm connected to the internet even though I'm not. I have my internet connection set to "share" and I also have an active connection through WiFi.e. When I try to access my gallery on Flickr, it says I am connected to the internet, but I'm not connected to anything.

It doesn't matter what device I use (my mobile phone, my PC at home or another PC or tablet) I am unable to see any of my galleries. There is no evidence of an actual network connection. I have followed the instructions, checked the compatibility list and everything I can find online to do with the WiFi connection and it still won't work. Is this something to do with my password? Is it possibly still stored somewhere even though it isn't active? If so, how do I wipe that out? If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. I can see everyone's galleries except mine on both my phone and my PC, I've updated and re-upoded the software again to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. It turns out I had previously used the phone data connection for a different photo application.
