Which site is best for job search?

Where can I find the jobs I applied for on ZipRecruiter?

I am wondering if there is any good way to see all the jobs I applied for or at least my top 15% most applied-for jobs. Basically, I wanted to make a nice spreadsheet (in Office) with the applications and/or phone screen/interviews that I've already done, along with my application/interview results and what I think my final outcome will be (eg, not hired for this position, interviewed for this job, etc.) I don't want to send an email for every single job application, so instead, I went online and created a ZipRecruiter account.

I then searched for jobs using my favorite search feature. That's when I saw this: Now the way I read this is that once I select one job title, it would bring up every other job that I applied for by default, which is what I want. So I selected a few of them, but I found that as I selected more job titles (over 5,000 jobs), they were no longer shown. I was expecting something like the following (and I do like this better):

I searched for other ways of doing this, but it seems like ZipRecruiter has some weird stuff going on. Some sites I visit have a Search for Jobs feature, and then the job titles come up next to that, so I have no idea why I couldn't get this.

Is there some way I could get my spreadsheet like the above two images? The only way I've been able to achieve it is through Zapier (which works really well, if you want to take advantage of that), but it doesn't seem to work like I want it. In addition to that, it's much more work to manually do each job, so I'd rather have something done for me.

Any suggestions? I'm using Word and Google Docs. UPDATE: I did look into the Filter by Recruiters feature on ZipRecruiter, but it turned out to be no help. Maybe that feature wasn't meant to work like that?

The summary is the place to describe your career history and what you have accomplished. It's not a place to showcase your hobbies and interests. Focus on your accomplishments and achievements. Don't make this summary longer than three or four paragraphs.
