Does PureVPN offer dedicated IP?

I was going to ask if anyone has tried PureVPN and found a "dedicated IP" address assigned.

It seems to me that the server is very well connected to the internet, but is it actually possible to connect from anywhere without the use of a VPN? If it is then that would be an added bonus. I have no experience with their services, but if it's true, then I'm going to have to look into it! I also plan on using them. I use PIA's free plan and even though I can't stream HD at the moment, I love it, because it gives me the feeling of privacy.

When you connect to a PureVPN server, your traffic is encrypted (and it's sent over the Internet) and sent over the PureVPN servers instead of your ISP's servers. Once you exit the PureVPN connection, your traffic is decrypted and sent to your ISP again.
