But I am forced to admit that there are times when ExpressVPN cannot be used to get around the filters. Why is it?

Why is ExpressVPN not working anymore?

What happened? To see why is ExpressVPN is not working, we need to know what actually happen, in details. First of all, they are using Cloudflare for DNS servers, and I had a lot of trouble when I tried to reach the site. So you will see that the domain has been transferred to cloudflare.

I used some online tools and it show me that the DNS servers are different, with something like this: I tried to go to the VPN website, but I am not able to access it. There is just a grey screen, and nothing happens.

A couple of people reported that they were able to access the website. So we can assume that ExpressVPN users are working fine.
