When logging in, you will see the option to select a server.

If this is your first time visiting, you will be redirected to an ExpressVPN webpage. This is to verify that you are who you say you are.

It just says Your account is unable to be created. My login info for my current VPN (tcp proxy) matches the site's signup information. I tried deleting all cookies and clearing cache on Firefox but that doesn't work.

You are logged in as user@example.com. The error message suggests that the email address is invalid. Please make sure the email you entered during sign-up corresponds with the email you use on the client.
