I just signed up for Udemy and have received the email where they welcome me to the site.

I then tried to sign up with a new email address (not an old one I already had) and I get this message: Welcome to Udemy! We noticed that your email address is not registered on our system. You have successfully registered with a new email address. Thanks! So, is there any way for me to verify that the email address I've used for the last 6 months is really mine? I'm concerned because I have to log into my account, and I'm sure the email address they are trying to verify is not my current one. I have registered at udemy and filled up my details. I then received an email with the link to download the udemy app. After downloading the udemy app. I logged into udemy.

In the log in section I enter my credentials and I am told my account is incorrect and that I have to sign in via facebook. Can anyone help with this problem as it has been really frustrating trying to access udemy. @Kapil Thank you for your reply. I am sorry that I did not reply earlier.

I think I already know what I did wrong. I tried to login via facebook but when I tried to use my Facebook email address I got an error message and was sent back to the login page. I did not try to login from a different device, so I am going to try that as well. I hope this does not work.

@Pamela: Can you please check your browser. I believe that Facebook is not working on some browsers.

@Zoe: We have a number of ways to support our students through courses. Udemy is available on Macs and Windows. It's possible that your browser is not compatible with our site. When you register on our site and you do not see "Login" to your right, click on the green button "Sign In" and sign in using the email address you provided.
