I'm not a regular user, can I still write a review? We encourage feedback from all of our customers. Reviews and feedback is a great way to help us understand what we need to improve or work better for you. You can share your opinion via a simple review and your review will help others who have a similar experience to be able to see if the product is a good fit for their needs.
What is feedback? Feedback is defined as Information that is exchanged between individuals. While companies and websites give out bad and positive feedback based on their own standards, the opinions of the people who use them are much more valuable.
For example, a company that offers a service might hear that a customer had a problem. This company would likely have an internal email or social media post addressing that issue in the future. But, that's not really feedback. The feedback that helps them build a better experience for the future.
We encourage you to offer your feedback. Even when you aren't happy with a product or website, you'll get a new perspective that helps the team make improvements to make the product better for the next set of users.
How do I start a company review? You can start your own company review from here. Can I share my feedback on my personal blog or website? Yes, but please try to make it constructive. That is, point out things that the company could improve so that they're aware of the areas they're currently working on. For example, saying the product doesn't work on mobile can help you build awareness of that issue and create a demand for that feature.
What should I say about the review? Please provide any relevant links you have in case the developer wants to learn more about what you had a problem with. I've got a problem with the company's response. What can I do?
How do you write a good review for a company you work for?
The one thing that is so hard is how do you write it in a way that doesn't make the reviewer look like an idiot?
It's tough for sure, especially if you're trying to be nice. I try to write them in a way that is positive, but if you are being reviewed, you might not have that luxury. I try to be as honest as possible, and I want to explain why I am writing a good review for you. If you are going to work at a company, you should know what they're about and why they are good, because there is no reason not to. I've been working for a company for almost 3 years now. I love what they do, and they are a great place to work. I'm not going to lie. I hate writing this review.
I want to be objective. I want to write a fair review, but I just can't. It's the hardest thing for me to do, but I also don't want to be a turd for the company.
I was just hoping that after some time I would have an easier time. It hasn't happened yet, but I think it will.
Maybe I'll write them another day when I have more clarity on the situation. A Short History of my Review Process. After moving to Pittsburgh in June 2023, I started my job in August 2023. I started doing my reviews in January 2023.
My first review was back in November 2023. I have a few more now, but that is just the most recent. I'm going to be reviewing more, but I'm going to be trying to make sure that I have more reviews from other people, instead of me just being me.
Since the first one, I've only written one review, which was for my own company. I'm not going to lie, I wasn't really happy with it, but I learned a lot about myself, and the company.
When I wrote that review, I thought it was a good review. I still think that it was a good review, but looking back on it, I'm not proud of it.
I had a few people tell me that they liked it.
How do you write a good review on Glassdoor?
There are probably countless 'how do I write a Glassdoor review' online resources out there.
And they all tell the same story.
This article goes into detail of what to look for in your Glassdoor review and the best ways to achieve ratings that look good. So you get a high performance rating.
You can use this information for the rest of your career. Or you can skip it.
As one person once told me Glassdoor reviews don't matter. If your product is any good it will just work better.
But they do matter a great deal. How to Write A Good Glassdoor Review - Advice From The Experts. Before you start taking on the challenge of writing the perfect Glassdoor review, take on the challenge of reading a good glassdoor review. (And this isn't an attempt at giving any kind of free marketing advice).
I read hundreds of reviews every day. And one thing remains true over and over again.
There's the glassdoor reviewers. Their goal is not to give you marketing advice. Their goal is to make sure the company they're rating is great.
Not only great for their rating, but great for the people they work with and the customers who use their product or service. If you're a startup, the CEO of your company should read your review when he/she looks up an employee's performance review. Or the CTO when he/she looks up an engineer's performance review. Or the HR VP.
As well as when companies look up your Glassdoor reviews, they should also look at Google. But I'll come back to that.
Glassdoor reviewers have their own biases. They feel like their product is great. Your product is probably great too.
But if you are trying to rate your company and yourself, and I suspect that you are, then you really need to be concerned about all the things that can make your ratings lower. So the first step, if you're not already doing it, is actually hiring a recruiter who's a little smarter than you. The second thing is - take it from the people who spend all day reading reviews - read the average reviews as well as the great reviews. They really are quite similar.
