I ve been trying to connect to my VPN for all to day, but it won t connect .

the connection is always timed out The VPN server s IP number is shown in the list . When I click a vpn I get the popup box saying the VPN request failed . What m I doing wrong

I have been trying to find the solution in some forums, but nothing works for me. I have a problem connecting to my VPN service provider. My VPN was ok, but suddenly I get a connection time out issue after 10 minutes of signup. So, I deleted and tried to create new one. Even I got the same problem again. When I hit on OK button it says the VPN request failed which I dont like much because I do not know the reason for this issue. I googled about this issue but no solution yet. I would really appreciate if you help me on this. I have a question regarding setting up IPSec gateway (SVI) - if you could reply it would be much appreciated. Basically it's a simple SVI that can be used for remote connection. In it's configuration we enable the IPsec ESP mode for IPSec policy, enable the GRE tunnel for IPv4 over UDP, and allow access to port 5037 UDP for incoming traffic. For our setup we use only VPN servers of our company (no local NAT). The main question: what type of VPN tunneling should I use for IPSec Policy? GRE tunneling or IPsec ESP mode?

Can somebody please suggest why am I having so many issues with using the VPN I have purchased from them I have been trying to use it all morning without success. I have been trying different type of VPN services such as Hola and Cyberghost but I seem to be experiencing a lot of issues. Anybody willing to help?

We were recently locked out of our office due to our company losing access to our VPN credentials, We have had this service installed since it works great however in order to be a legal business within Australia it needs to be registered by a certain level. If we have the name of the company being viewed from the web, then there is no point. As of now we have lost everything, including our server logs.
