You can have your letters insured in case they don't reach their destination, or if an emergency prevents you from collecting them. An easy way to do this is to purchase insurance on the back of your Air Mail Package Cover. It can be purchased for a small fee from us - no need to fill out any forms or call the insurance company. Simply add your service and address to your order and choose the "Include this item" option at check out.

What do I do if an item I ordered is out of stock? If we cannot supply a product to you, we will let you know as soon as possible. You'll be given the option to choose a different product or have the quantity reduced for you. If you decide to cancel your order and you wish to receive a refund, you can print out a cancellation form here. How do I return an item? We want you to be happy with your purchases, and if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received it to return it. To qualify for a refund, the package must be received by the carrier and we receive a notification from the carrier that it was delivered. You will receive a return authorization number via email when you send the item back. If the package is returned without that number, we cannot process the return. Once your return is received and processed, we will send a notification email and then the amount will be deducted from the credit card you provided at the time you made the purchase. If you want to exchange for a different size, item color or style, you must return the item to us. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and the processing fee. For large volume orders, we require you to pay for the cost of shipping the items back. Refunds are issued when the package is received and verified as the item you sent us. If there are any issues with your return, we may request additional information that is needed for processing the return. If you receive a confirmation email from us after we've completed the return, please contact us immediately if you have not received it by 6pm PST. Any item returned by FedEx or UPS must be authorized by Fed Ex or UPS for credit to your account.
