We hire full-time employees and contractors based on the results of our rigorous hiring process, which includes: A thorough vetting of applicants with a mix of technical skills, professional expertise, and interpersonal skills. A written test that is an excellent indicator of candidates' computer science knowledge and ability to work with software systems. Interview sessions with senior Proxify engineers that assess candidates' ability to think logically and solve problems. A culture test that assesses candidate's ability to work effectively in an agile, distributed team. What does Proxify look for when assessing applicants?

Yes. We accept up to 2 applicants per day at any given time, but we have several thousand open positions right now so you should be able to easily find one that fits your qualifications and your schedule.

Do you look for people with prior experience? We don't require prior experience, but that does help, since it's not as if our business has been running for decades. What do you need from me to fill out an application? Nothing. We'll reach out to you as soon as we're ready to make a hire.

I have skills in other areas than what's on your website (ie networking, marketing, sales, etc.). Can I also apply?

Do people recommend working at Proxify?

Absolutely yes! My experience as a Proxifier has been stellar. They have the best support staff and are really responsive to issues that you may have with their product. If you need help, they don't mind asking you what you're having trouble with so they can troubleshoot it for you.

We just came off of one of their free accounts with them and we will be switching to paid when our old one expires in June. What do people in the community think about Proxify? They are great and we have been very happy with them. I actually do not think they have any competition since their solution is very simple but incredibly powerful.

We would also like to know if people are happy with Proxify's speed and support. We have had an issue where our free Proxify account was going down a lot (sometimes 4-5 times a week) but their team was able to get our account back up again quickly. I am happy to say that after upgrading to a paid account, there hasn't been a downtime since.

How much does Proxify cost per month? I recommend the 6-month plan for all of our customers because it gives us the flexibility to keep our services active even when we need to stop and renew our service in June. Do you have any advice for getting started with Proxify? If you are using a Mac, you should know that most of the tools and apps that work for PC users, like our Web Site Security Test, will not work on Macs. However, you can download the Proxify Desktop Client for Mac users. Just search "Proxify" and then "Download Mac App." If you are not comfortable manually downloading and installing any apps, you can try our web interface on your browser which will help you access the tools and perform tests.

What are your thoughts on how Proxify has changed the Internet? The speed at which threats and attacks are detected has increased significantly since Proxify started tracking malware. We are grateful for this technology.

What are the pros and cons of working at Proxify?

Pros of working at Proxify. We are very happy to share with you that Proxify is one of the Top 50 Startups to work at in 2023. We are truly proud of that! We are a bootstrapped company which means that we haven't taken any funding from any VCs or any banks. We build open source software and most of our employees are involved in the process of writing the code themselves. We have a relaxed, non-hierarchical office environment with good working hours. We have an amazing team of designers and developers, some of whom are still in high school. We get to work with passionate people who are all highly qualified in their field.

We use cutting edge technologies and most of them are open sourced (Open Source) and free to use. The majority of our code is written in Go. We have a tech culture where everyone can participate in decisions and no one is afraid to speak up if they believe something needs improvement.

We focus on our customers and give them access to our products for free and we pay for that by having a freemium business model. That means that we are a company that only cares about our users and does everything to make them happy. We give them a great product and they appreciate that.

A perfect example of that is how we use our free product called Proxify X-Ray. It helps us identify vulnerabilities and malicious domains on our servers. Everytime a vulnerability is found, we take action to fix it. The same goes for malicious domains. If we find a domain on our network that has been used for a cyber attack, we report it to the proper authorities as soon as possible. You can read about some examples of our proactive approach here.

Cons of working at Proxify. The biggest con is that we are still a startup and have limited resources. This means that we are not always able to respond to any requests and do not always have people to help when something goes wrong.

However, this also means that we have full control over how we use our resources. For example, we often have free accounts on shared hosts for our customers in the beginning.
