How much does LinkedIn pay recruiters?
It's a question I often hear, and one I was asked while speaking with a professional recruiters recently. Let me tell you that the answer is NOT what you think!
LinkedIn Recruiting Jobs are Hiring. For the first time in a while, LinkedIn has started to offer paid recruitment jobs for recruiters and hiring managers. These new opportunities are in response to an increase in demand for experienced recruiters on LinkedIn. You can start your search here.
The job ads for the "recruiter" position are a bit more specific than the others. LinkedIn is advertising a recruiter role that is a hybrid of traditional recruiters and social media marketing professionals. The recruiters will be expected to know how to do all the things that recruiters do today: LinkedIn Ads, posting jobs, connecting with candidates, and more.
The ad states: "Our recruiters are the eyes and ears of our company. They're responsible for understanding our needs, translating them into actionable job descriptions, and finding and communicating with qualified candidates. Our recruiters work as partners with hiring managers, providing guidance to improve hiring processes and results."
So, this is a very interesting LinkedIn ad. It's not really clear what the difference between the recruiter and social media professional would be. Do the social media pros just act as a conduit for the recruiter, or do they actually work as recruiters themselves? What is their role? You can't tell by reading the ad. However, you can't apply unless you get a little more information about the job, so it pays to dig a little deeper.
LinkedIn Recruiting Jobs Are Paid. LinkedIn Recruiting Jobs Are Paid by Recruiters. I asked the LinkedIn recruiter, who also happens to be my wife, what the pay would be. The latter is for a recruiter who knows how to use LinkedIn well and can show examples of candidates they have placed.

LinkedIn NYC is bringing people together in the most efficient manner. I recently joined LinkedIn to get into web development and design. I had no portfolio so I didn't really know where to start. Through my search on LinkedIn I found a job posting for their engineering team and applied for it.
After being hired, I spent my first three months learning programming and then the next three months I got hired as a UI designer. As for my day-to-day job, I mainly work on front-end architecture and designing and fixing bugs and glitches in websites.
Interviewed by. What is your current status in NYC? (5:05). I live in the Bronx but work in Chelsea. At LinkedIn NYC, our team of designers, developers and engineers are in a central location that is walking distance to everything that New York has to offer. The only things I don't like is going up or down from the train station, which takes me back and forth to the subway.
I can't say much about the city other than Manhattan is amazing and it is definitely easy to get lost because there are over 50 streets called Broadway. I love New York's parks and also I love the variety of restaurants: French, Asian, Italian, Mexican. You're a freelancer at the moment, right? How was your experience working on multiple projects at once? I have been freelancing for the past few years and have been able to scale myself into being successful. I'm not sure if I prefer one type of freelance experience over another but I wouldn't have it any other way. The one thing that can be annoying is working with clients who are slow to respond. But I think this is somewhat unavoidable. If I can find myself in that situation I usually keep trying to contact them and email them again every hour for three days in a row. By the end of that period they will probably reach out to me, saying they never got my message.
