Which VPN allows me to change country?

I am looking for a VPN which has the ability to change the country of my internet traffic (at present, I am in the UK). Ideally, it would also allow me to choose the country where I'm located when visiting websites and apps. Currently, my ISP sends all the traffic to the US. I used to use my ISP's VPN, which allowed me to access foreign websites. However, once I got home, all my VPN traffic was logged, so this would have meant providing personal information that the ISP wouldn't have wanted to share.

The VPN provider I am using right now is PII have been looking at other VPNs, but everything I can find suggests that the above is not possible - for example, HideMyVPN claims that their service allows you to see different parts of the world at once. Hello! I am actually originally from Canada and I do live in Canada. The reason I'm in the US is simply because I am living here on an H1B visa which lasts 4 years. If it was permanent, I would be able to visit Canada every 6 months for 1 month or even longer. Since I can only stay for 4 years, I have no idea if I will ever be able to leave permanently. It's certainly not likely that I will become a US citizen though.

As for why I sometimes sound like a German, that was definitely an accident. I started studying German and lived and travelled in Germany for a while.
