According to IPVanish's website, Jason Hoffmann, Sarah Hoffmann, and Jody Hoffmann own 90% of the total share value of the company. They each own 20% each, except for Paul Bausch who holds 5% of the shares in IPVanish. Paul Bausch is the co-founder of the company.

Below are some interesting facts that were found related to the current owners and shareholders of IPVanish. Paul Bausch was a former professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota, where he has taught since 1985.

How do I recover my IPVanish password?
