Does Netflix have a senior citizen discount?

I don't know if Netflix has a senior citizen discount, but I'm wondering how much of a discount it would be worth to Netflix.

I think it's worth it for a 90-year-old to spend the time it takes to pick the right movies, but the cost of that time and the time it takes to set up streaming might be too much. If they had a more robust subscription plan for seniors (like Amazon Prime) then it would be worth it. There's no need to have the Netflix experience be difficult. It can be simple.

If you only want to stream TV shows and movies that are already out then maybe it can be done just as easily on Roku or Fire TV. You can get Amazon Prime Video or Netflix for free on those platforms, or buy the movies and TV shows individually.

The price would be the same, just a different interface. The main reason I use Netflix is that I can watch all of my favorite TV shows and movies one streaming service. It's also great for finding new shows and movies to watch.

So I am not sure that there is any need for a "senior" discount. If you want to just stream TV shows and movies, you can get that for free or cheap on the other platforms.

I have a lot of Amazon credit, so it's easy enough for me to use it for what I need it for, and then to just pay with my Amex card for other things.

Since you can't sign up for Hulu through work and it seems Hulu's only method of getting you in is by letting you sign up through a Facebook or Gmail account (even after logging in at Hulu's website), the easiest way would be to create an email account at one of the big providers (ie gmail.com, Yahoo.com).

Here are the details on how to do it: Go to Yahoo.com or Gmail.com, sign up for an account. These websites also let you add a custom URL which is basically a website address that will get you to their login screen when you try to login with your Hulu login credentials. For example, I added which gets me to their sign-in screen after I'm done signing up for their account. The URL can be a website, a Twitter account, or any other website/service that you want.

Once you're signed up for an account one of these providers, you can use your existing email address to send an email to huluhd@hulu.com and it will sign you into your Hulu account. You can still log in on Hulu's website using the other account.

The downside to this is that you can't have a lot of custom options (ie no custom payment methods or language, etc.) but you can't do that either. I only use the email address to get Hulu anyway.
