How do I recover my Windscribe account?
If you want to get your Windscribe account back, you have to request a full account recovery, and then wait for the email from us.
Please be patient, it can take up to 10 business days. Once we receive the request, we will send an email to the address you provided in your account. You will need to provide some proof of identity. If you don't provide any proof of identity, we can't recover your account.
If you have another Windscribe account, follow the same process to request a full account recovery. Unfortunately, I can not connect to the internet without getting a connection error message on Windscribe saying: 'Your internet account is temporarily unavailable to connect to the Internet, due to the following reason.
'This temporary restriction will last from 15 minutes to two hours. You need to check your Internet Service Providers and contact them regarding this issue.' Can anyone help me? I have checked the forum and also searched my files but I can't find the answer. I found an old windscribe installation folder but I don't know which option or program used to work the login process.

How do I add an email to Windscribe?
It's really easy to add an email to your Windscribe account. If you want to add a new email, open the Windscribe web interface and click on the 'Add an email' button (see screenshot below).
Once you've clicked this button, you'll be prompted to enter your new email address. If you want to add an existing email address to your Windscribe account, click on the 'Add an email' button next to your existing email address (see screenshot below). When you add a new email, Windscribe will create a new virtual server and send you an email with a link to create your virtual server. Once you click on that link, you'll be prompted to fill in some basic details about your new virtual server. This is where you can also change the name of your virtual server if you want to.
