Why won't my iPhone open email links?
My iPhone won't open links to email messages.
It opens iTunes Store, Facebook, and other apps. It won't open Twitter. I have tried restarting my phone. I've tried deleting the AppData folder. I've tried turning off my passcode. I have tried setting it up on my computer with iCloud turned off.
I also recently got an error message from Apple about an app that couldn't access the phone's camera and I cleared it, but the problem still remains. Any ideas? I just found the answer for my question. It's not just my iPhone, it's all iPhones. On my iPad, this happened as well. After clearing all of the data from the iPad, it started working again.
How do I turn on hyperlinks on my iPhone?
The hyperlinks are part of the formatting and not present in the data itself.
Once a document is created, it must be saved to iCloud first before any formatting takes place. As it's saved to iCloud, formatting is applied, and all of the links should appear on all devices.
Step 2: Click Save. A preview will show up on your iPhone so you can make sure everything looks okay. Tap Save again to save changes and return to the document.
To turn on hyperlinks, follow these steps: Turn off iCloud Auto-Saving. Click Show > More. In the Settings pane, tap iCloud. The iCloud menu will open. On the General tab, tap Auto-Save. The Auto-Save option will be deselected. Now, you're ready to format your data as needed. Can I open files stored on iCloud.com on my iPhone or iPad? Yes, after making sure that the files have been synced. Click the desired file from the Recent Documents list. Tap Open to open it. It will display the usual file icons, including an iCloud icon for iCloud-stored files. What happens when I sync to iCloud? Once syncing has completed, documents and data will be instantly made available. This means that all you need to do is click Open, and you'll see all the files for a particular document as they are on the iCloud servers, ready to be viewed on your device.
Also, when you first access documents that you have stored in iCloud, you can choose whether you want to keep them there or remove them from iCloud (and keep them local) by turning off Auto-Save for those files. This will only affect files that are currently stored in iCloud but not yet downloaded to your device.
After a few moments, your chosen document will be displayed on your screen. You can then tap the title to read the file's contents. If the document is already downloaded, you will be taken straight to it, and you will not see the document's title or icon.
When you return to your computer and open the document, it will be opened as it is now on your iPhone. What happens when I sync from iPad to iPhone?
Why are links in my email not opening?
For most email clients, links in an email will not open when the email is sent to a desktop client.
Most webmail clients allow links to open within the browser of the recipient or have functionality that allows you to send links to your preferred email client. If you are sending email from your company email server, we recommend turning on the relaxed link parsing option, as detailed here. Why isn't my email working properly?
