Which VPN has no subscription?

I have no interest in signing up for a VPN service and I can't stand with my privacy being invaded so I'm looking for a service with no subscription that only has their server IP addresses and my physical location to monitor.

Are there any out there? I would rather not have to look through reviews. Just want a quick, reliable VPN that doesn't cost a fortune.

In case the previous thread went elsewhere I'd like to add that since switching to a VPN when in Canada the connection drops off several times a day to the point where browsing is impossible. I've tried several solutions including VPN providers that offer a free trial but none have been able to prevent the connection from dropping for me. The most recent one was a Canadian provider and unfortunately the issue persists even after I upgraded the account (there are no plans for Canada to end-offering more VPN locations yet).

For your convenience I'd like to point out that as you move around the world and the servers you're connected to change. Your connection will not always be a strong one so be sure to set a timer to logoff your VPN service after you get home in order to save bandwidth if you have to reconnect often. VPNs aren't supposed to slow down your connection and they're better at ensuring your IP is always hidden.

Can I ask about your location? In Canada, I think its not legal to give out information about your whereabouts, although I could be wrong about that. We use VPN over Tor as our main source of anonymity, and this website does a good job of explaining how. Unfortunately it's also one of the only ones with an unlimited 1-month trial and there's only a limited number of servers in your location. If you'd like to try it, its pretty much free but if you don't like the experience you'll need to be prepared to cancel.

Unfortunately I'm outside of the jurisdiction, but I think most VPN providers are required by law to have some kind of verification procedure to determine where you live. It would best to know this and use a provider that is able to verify a specific location for you.

I'm not sure about your specific issue but I did use a few VPN services, both free and paid, and I found that they either would not work at all in your location or they didn't work well in your location.
