Can you cancel Surfshark before free trial ends?
The trial period ends today, but our review said that you cancel it. What do you think? Would surfshark be a good deal or am I better off going for a host deal? You think there's any chance they'll cancel it after I submit? How long will I get a refund? I have an active subscription. So how exactly does one cancel Surfshark's services? I signed up on a promo at some point prior to the end of the free trial period. Is this account tied to the demo package? Please advise
Hey, I'm trying to cancel surfshark right now.the rep I'm speaking to is insisting there's no way to end your active subscription. I had them check, and it looks like surfshark has added a credit card security code to my account, and won't let me terminate without entering that info. So, they're telling me it's not possible. I already tried their customer service chat thing and they didn't help at all. I tried emailing too, and I haven't gotten anything back. Not sure what to do.
I did finally get them to transfer my sub for the price I had originally paid on my old account, so now I'd just have to cancel the rest of it. I've been trying to do that for hours and they're telling me they don't know how to do it. I thought the trial period ended in 2 days.are they lying, or does it really end 2 days after this thread appeared? The rep who's doing all this is super annoying!
Yeah, if they refuse to tell you to cancel - just cancel it yourself and have them transfer you for whatever. I'd say that's their policy. If they want to get more money from you, they'll keep you around and keep charging you even if you cancel.

Cancel. Am I just not getting the full amount
I went here the website says to click the orange cancel button but I guess it's too late since I clicked it a couple days ago and nothing happened. Please help me! I canceled my surfshark subscription and didn't receive any email confirmation as to whether or not the service has been cancelled, nor any refund either. Is there any way for me to check on whether the cancellation was successful? Can anyone shed some light on this, thanks.

How do I cancel my Surfshark 7 day free trial?
I wanted to cancel my Surfshark 7 day free trial, but it looks like the cancellation page is only for paid subscriptions.
Is there a way I cancel my trial subscription? I'm guessing this is not an option because if you cancel a paid subscription, you won't get your money back. If you are subscribed to the monthly plan, it will continue to renew itself until it reaches the end of the first month. There is a button that says cancel on the top right of the page.
Note: If you want to cancel the trial before the 7 day free trial expires, you have to submit a request through the support channel. Please contact support with the full URL ().
You should not be able to cancel your trial. If you can, then you're not using it correctly. Here are the correct instructions.
Please contact support with the full URL (). Hi guys. I am just wondering if surfshark has fixed the issue that the site would not start up when the computer was turned off and on again. I keep getting the following error message and I really need help.
How do I cancel my Surfshark and get money back?
I just wanted to know what the process would be if I got the surfshark (the one with no money back) and wanted to get a refund for it. I ordered it on 6/22/2016, and am now 8/4/16 wondering if this is the right site to get money back.
My email shows up as "deactivated" but since I registered my email through an account on another site I am using on other apps, do you think the email would still be valid for me to get a refund? When I call, they say it will take 3 days to be processed. When I tell them it was ordered June 26th, it was supposedly processed 8/5/16, and I was emailed about it 8/7/16.
Here's what I'm doing. I'm canceling my subscription using my email that shows as Deactivated on the Surfshark website. The cancellation button is saying the system hasn't received my request.
I'm assuming this means the email would get my request (and possibly that the email would not have my request to cancel my subscription at all). I then go to Customer Service to talk to someone about it (and possibly get refunds). But if there is a problem with emailing, like an email loopback, how will the CS department know that the email isn't going to bounce or not be read properly? If the email system is down for any reason, who would the CS department talk to or have knowledge of that email bouncing? Someone else in another department that is on email? My understanding is that the CS department only have access to customers that actually order. What I'm currently doing is going to the Support Website where I pay for the premium monthly service. Once they do that they say it's refunded. They seem to have multiple pages of refund options. The process has taken 2 minutes.
I've done 3 times now and can't seem to get it refunded. I also emailed them to ask about refunding and they said I can not do it online.
I would also like to be notified when this gets fixed, but I guess no one knows and if anyone else knew I'd likely be on here asking how to get my refund.
