You try to connect to the Google Services Framework. If you're not connected to Google yet, we recommend you to do it using the link in step 2.

If you're using a Google account that you've already linked to this application and you want to access the Google Services Framework, you must first log out of that account from the application. Go to your Google Account Settings > Sign Out of that account. Then you will be prompted with the Login/Sign In screen in this app.

If you have already made this mistake, you can simply go to the previous screen (which will require that you sign in again) to change it back. Or if you are signed in using your Google Account, tap "Continue" at the bottom left corner of the page and you will see an "Unlock" button below. Tap on that to continue.

Do you want to enable the google services in this app and enable them for all your installed apps? If you tap "Ok" the google services framework will be enabled in this app and in all your installed apps. If you tap "Cancel" the services will not be enabled in this app.

All Google services are enabled by default on Android. You may need to disable any apps that were inadvertently enabled. To do that, go to your device settings, scroll down to Security, and find the offending app or apps. Disable those by tapping the three-dot menu button, selecting Settings, tapping the app, and then tapping the toggle button. After disabling that app, tap OK in the popup.

Why is Google blocking access to an app?

In fact, quite the opposite: at some point I was told that even if I agreed with their terms and conditions they would not provide the app. I'm sure some people will feel sorry for my, but most people aren't very familiar with this method of payment.

Why wasn't this method of payment considered for all of you? Don't you think all the other products at Google Play are available free of charge. I didn't have to pay anything. What if tomorrow another app was blocked and it went viral - would everyone then complain about forced payments and the evil corporate world?

Do you know, Android developers need some financial help in order to create apps. Why should Google do that for us, when other large companies provide financial help to developers? I don't think any large corporation should be allowed to take away the possibility of distributing apps at no charge. At the very least, Android developers deserve some kind of protection from such cases.

When they do, I know there are more than one good reason for it. One of those is that Apple doesn't want third-party app stores to compete directly with its App Store. Google wants Android to become a major player. You can't do that by letting others run a few free apps on phones. Android has to compete with smartphones running iOS.

But what happens in our case? A company with the power to control who can distribute apps for Android, does it only allow those it likes. Android is also a platform that enables people to do more things - I think a lot of apps are really cool, but the average user is not going to want them. If their are so many awesome Android apps they don't see why they can't be distributed for free.
