@Owen what happened when that person had the restriction set to their city? If they have a large following from all over the world, their feed would probably stop showing up entirely. So while it wouldn't block their interaction entirely, it would make it much harder for them to interact with others that they don't want to engage with. But if that person were following people locally, this would be completely irrelevant to their experience.
