Why is my Stremio not working?

(I don't have the money to buy a premium account but this site is very necessary to me). I know the premium version of Stremio is for the best experience, however, I could not use because it is not compatible with my PC and Android tablets that I own. Could anyone provide a solution to have it work without having a premium account? I've tried so much to get Stremio to work on my old laptop, however, in vain. So is it impossible to not require the premium account for it to work?

And - to be on the safe side since gcc version 4.9-dbg right? The Stremio SDK runs fine in the terminal. In Unity, the Stremio icon is grayed out, so I can't double click it to run the app, however I can left click the icon and it will launch.

How do I go about setting up Stremio to work properly on my system? Thanks! After installing all of these dependencies and restarting the machine, Stremio worked.

Is Stremio working? Not really. But there are a few plugins that do still use some of the older Stremio API's so we try to keep them in-line with the newest API. That said, the newer the version of the API the more likely it is that a plugin will require an upgrade.

I got this error message when trying to load a podcast to listen to: "Failed to fetch the podcast. Error code 400: Bad Request."

The error code 400: Bad Request is in the source code in the HTTP library: return new HttpException(400, e);. My question is, what can I do to fix this? I just updated a bunch of my plugins and one of them is not updating correctly.
