If we enter this as the hostname of our VPN server were able to successfully connect to the VPN and access the internet. But if we enter the DNS IP as the hostname of our PC, we were not able to connect. This indicates our DNS configuration was the problem.

Solution 2: No Internet Connection in Router. Check the power cables to make sure you are not experiencing any power cuts or surges during the setup of the VPN. Also check the router to make sure the power is on. If power is on, ensure there is a good cable connection to the router and that the firewall is turned off. Another option is to try a different router or switch but make sure the new setup is tested and works.
