As mentioned previously, Microsoft Lync does not work like this. Because it is an IM system it does not send messages from the IP address listed on the contact details. Because it uses a user ID and password it does not send messages on behalf of the other account. So a person is unable to access another person's account.

In any case, double VPN is not all it seems. For example, Double VPN means you can access different internet sites on the other service which may help with searching, finding information and other things. When you double vpn it actually makes your online session on the first IP address completely useless.

Double VPN also means that you can hide your searches. You can hide your searches by hiding the search box and the URL. Then, when someone does a search they won't be able to search the site without access to a VPN on the other side. You have even more protection in this case.

For years, I've been looking for a way to secure my internet connection.
