In my Verizon account, the Email verification is completed within 15 seconds. Once email is verified, click the blue button complete profile and verify the IP address of your device. At this point, you should be able to login to your account in Atlas VPN website. When ready, click the blue button connect to internet and follow the prompts.

Your device should now be connected, and you'll see a map displaying your location and connection status.
