Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah, I should have specified that I'm in the US. I thought maybe it would be worth mentioning because there's always people claiming that they can't find speeds as fast as they claim on their own VPN and there's probably some weird limitation when it comes to internet traffic. My ISP usually does a good job of hiding my IP address from third parties, so I thought it'd be hard to really pinpoint my connection. Plus, everyone tells me the connection is stable anyway. I'll probably use the VPN when I travel, so hopefully it won't be an issue.

@JL7 I'm with you, the link you posted on that article is dead and the "latest" Surfshark version is only available as an RPM package, which I don't know how to install, even if I wanted to. There is an rpm and yum command, but I couldn't figure it out. I searched the net, found nothing. I got the .deb packages for Fedora and Ubuntu from this link and they installed without any trouble. Maybe it's just the version I have, which is 9.11.12.

Ok, got it installed. It was easy, just ran 'sudo yum install packagename', and I'm connected.
