Can Excel pull data from a website?

I want to be able to build excel tables. My customer receives an excel table on their daily form which goes out to them automatically. I want excel to pull the information from our site and use it in the "Content of Interest" so customers can see what we have archived for them.

What DDE allows me to do is just deliver a template, which some already provides but this would be a really welcome option to have as well as sending it to someone who doesn't have access to our web server or knowledge of WordPress. It's basically when a staff member adds something to the form, they notice that it has been added to our code but they can't actually see it.
