I signed up for an account a few days ago and I tried using it today.

The streaming was working fine on all three accounts until about 4:30pm on Feb. 19th when I went to check them all and they were all gone. I contacted Netflix via the chat system and I got a phone call, within minutes the account was working again. They told me that a bug in the program caused the error and it has been fixed.
