Is Proton VPN safe for iOS?

If you were thinking about Proton VPN for iOS, then it's safe to say that it won't be as hard to use as you expect.

The application is fairly easy to use and offers an option to create a new connection within seconds.

ProtonVPN is a VPN service provider, however, it is also a secure tunnel service. The only downside with ProtonVPN is that it does not support all the features that it could. This isn't that much of a problem, as it is still a service that works well and can be used for most purposes.

However, you need to bear in mind that ProtonVPN does not support the following features: Anonymous Tor. Anonymized VPN. Anonymous DNS. Unlimited Connections. Zero Logging. Does Proton work on iPad?

I just got my iPad mini to replace my iPod touch and really am looking forward to having proton as my music player, but I can't find any info on if it works on iPad.

The iPad isn't able to run any apps that are Proton based. It's been a little hard to find reliable information about this so let me throw in my own observations. I have the original iPad mini (WiFi) purchased just before iOS 7 came out and it would have worked.

After the new iPad mini was announced and I was reading some news sites, I quickly noticed that it only supported 4G LTE. This was confirmed by other news sites.

I had hoped that I would be able to get an LTE version of the iPad mini.e. I had thought that there may be a separate model with LTE that would function much like the first iPad but that didn't pan out. So I waited a few months and went back to the original iPad mini (3G only) which I now use.

At the same time, my old iPhone 4s was upgraded to the new 5s with the faster A8 processor. At the Apple store, the Genius was telling me that there wasn't anything I could do with the iPad but I could work with my iPhone and get upgrades.

I went to a music store to do some research and was told that the iPad doesn't work with proton (no one knew how to word it correctly). He thought it was really odd that the iPhone was the one that worked with the proton/ipod app. I asked him if it worked with his iphone and he said, "no, but then again my iphone is still on 2.1 and not updated for 4.

So then I asked him if it would work with the latest version of iOS. He was very hesitant and asked if it could be hacked? He finally said, "there is a risk of losing the warranty and that there are things you can do on it that you cannot do on the newer models and that is one of them".

So it seems to me that there is no such thing as a 4G LTE version of the iPad. That does not surprise me. If it worked with the original iPad mini then it would work with the original iPad mini LTE which is now sold in stores.

How do I add Proton VPN to my iPad?
