I have purchased the ZenMate for a couple of months now, but every time I have a question (which is often) it seems that my live chat "disappears". Do you get any emails at all, or does live chat not work at all? My question is: Have you been able to use live chat with the ZM? If so, what has happened when you have had live chat? Thanks for the answer. No, it's still not working. I think I have asked all my questions here, and there has been no reply. I just hope that they aren't going to shut down the live chat feature entirely, because it would make me very upset if that happened.

Your post is the most helpful answer yet. However, it still doesn't explain the reason for the outage. I can understand the frustration, because I was anticipating live chat too.
