What is Apollo.io used for?

Io Platform is an open source, extensible and flexible platform, built on Ethereum, that enables service providers, service seekers and service consumers to search, communicate, search and connect with one another across various platforms. The primary objective of Apollo.io is to disrupt the digital services industry with a decentralized approach.

We are focused on creating a platform that gives the user control of their data, privacy, security and trust. Using a blockchain, we allow customers to have control of the data they share with other parties, such as social media platforms, content delivery networks and service providers. In addition, we give service seekers and service providers the ability to interact directly through our platform, without needing to rely on a centralized organization such as a single search engine.

Our platform uses the existing internet infrastructure and its users know what to do with it. They're not forced to use the new platform, they can continue to use existing solutions.

What does Apollo.io do? Apollo.io offers two distinct but complementary products. Our peer-to-peer platform connects the unconnected. With its smart contracts and decentralized approach, we enable communication between service providers, consumers, and third parties.io aims to provide a universal platform where anybody can become a Service Provider and/or a Service Consumer using the blockchain technology. This means that service seekers and providers will be able to find solutions, share information and even monetize their data. Consumers and service providers, by connecting through Apollo.io, will be able to exchange information and make deals without the interference of third parties, such as social media platforms or traditional search engines. Our platform will also be used by these service providers and consumers to transact with one another by giving them the power to exchange services.

The Apollo Network. The Apollo Network is our decentralised ecosystem built on top of Ethereum blockchain. It aims to provide security and privacy for services seekers and service providers. A network consists of nodes that run the Smart Contract and are used to store, manage, query and execute instructions contained in the blockchain. The nodes are also in charge of recording, signing and validating transactions and smart contracts. With a wide distribution of nodes, we aim to achieve fast transaction processing and security.

Apollo Network's main purpose is to act as the back-end for the Apollo.io application.

How to use Apollo.io for free?

What is Apollo?

Apollo is an IoT platform for everyone that is built in the blockchain. Why you need Apollo?io allows you to connect to the Internet of Things devices. Each device can have an independent database and a microblogging.

How does it work?io will use 3 types of components: Gateway: In this component you will configure each device that it is connected to the network. Database: This component is in charge of storing the data in the device that are stored in its database. Microblogging: This component allows us to post new data to the IoT devices. How to use Apollo? Step 1 - Register a free account at , you will be prompted to create a new password. It should be a very complex password that you will never remember.

Step 2 - Click the link from your email and click on the sign up button. Now you can continue to register or login if you already have an account, just click on the Login button.

Step 3 - Once you signed up, follow the instructions on the left-side menu. You can also add your contacts to your account, and it's done! Step 4 - Now you can add a new device in order to receive data through your smart phone or PC. Add a new device.

Step 5 - When adding the device you will be asked to choose a device type (Gateway, Database, Microblogging) and an amount of RAM. I would recommend to add as much RAM as possible.

Step 6 - When adding a new Gateway, you will see how many nodes this Gateway has been connected to and the total amount of RAM. If you want to remove an existing Gateway, just click on its name and then confirm the removal of the gateway.

Step 7 - Adding the database you will see how much RAM the database has and what amount of data you can store there. The default amount is 16 MB. If you want to increase this amount you can click on the button Increase memory. If you want to decrease the amount, click on the button Decrease memory.

Step 8 - In this section you can manage users and their permissions.

Is Apollo.io really free?

A big question mark hangs over the pricing of Apollo.

Io, after all of the hype and promises that this would be the next generation of project management apps. For free (which we agree is worth its weight in gold).

But, it looks as if we're not really getting that, at least not in its current incarnation. Let's be clear. Even if you think that projects aren't a huge part of your life right now, we all know that projects are probably something you want to get better at. And, as any good tool or app will tell you, the best way to get better is by practicing.

So, if you want to get better at your project management, you'll be more likely to do it if you start to use the app and then build up a routine around it. You can do that with free tools. That's exactly what we want.

But, there's a bit more to it than that. We don't think that you should pay Apollo.io for all of that.

The good news is that the company has a trial offering. It's free. So, it lets you see the platform in action and even let you try the full Apollo user experience. It's the perfect way to see what Apollo is like. And, you can use it as much as you need to in order to get a feel for whether it's right for you.

There's only one catch: If you do decide to continue with it, you'll be paying for it. In other words, it's basically a version of what you can already get for free. In fact, the trial version is identical to the paid one.

However, as is the case with the paid version, you'll have access to the team's best features. And, it may even make it easier to get started.

But, here's the thing. Apollo.io isn't free just because you have to pay for it. There are some very specific features that the paid plan provides that you can't get in the free version. You'll miss out on these.

Verifying the user's email address. Verifying the user's IP address. Verifying that the user has not been given a new email address or phone number since the last verification. Verifying that the user has been given medical care in the past two months. Verifying the user's age. Is my information being used for commercial purposes? Apollo.io does not sell your data. We sell the data you send to us as part of the service. This includes information you share with others through email, chat, and other forms of communication.

The user's location is tracked when a user opens the app, so that we can show them content relevant to their location. We do not use this data for other purposes.
