What is the best proxy for Android?

I have an HTC Thunderbolt, and after experiencing issues with my Verizon connection, I am switching over to AT&T for phone and Internet usage.

The only reason I decided on this is because of the Verizon throttling, which is also not so great.

I can get a 3G modem and it will be a 3G connection, so that will limit my connection usage. But I won't be so limited that I can't use internet for email, etc. I would just like something better than the standard mobile data connection.

I need something for AT&T (preferably a new iPhone 4), and I'm interested in Android apps like gomobi, or gomobi HD, or any other options. So I guess I am asking for the best proxy for Android.

I dont think there is any free proxy that is safe. I mean they all steal your info and the connection is very slow, and you can get into trouble if you use a proxy that isnt listed here.
