No you can't browse in anonymity but you can choose where to send your data through a proxy that will mask your IP. Epicbrowser is known to be pretty secure, and I'd say has the best reputation for security of any (web) browser. I have no doubt it is 100% legit.

In case this happens to be a troll, as opposed to a sincere inquiry, I would say: When people are using a new computer or router they should look for known vulnerabilities, because if they don't know what is going on with their computer they could be opening themselves up to attacks. Using unknown or unvalidated software could lead to potential exploits.

I would recommend using a VPN to ensure your IP is being masked, as well as a good antispam software (as these people make good targets). A tool such as OpenDNS would also be recommended for that.
