I don't see my IP address listed in the My Network section, how do I fix this? If you have not yet configured your NordVPN router (or if you don't know how to), simply add your router IP address into your Router section. Click on the Add a new network button and then paste in the new IP address that we sent to you in your NordVPN Email.

Where is the NordVPN Dashboard? NordVPN is all about privacy, so our desktop app uses encryption by default when connected to the internet. Unfortunately, our app does not automatically detect when you are connected and thus it is not possible for us to automatically encrypt all your traffic. Please note that there are times when you will be logged into our app but not actually using it. This is due to a server being temporarily unavailable and so the app needs to be restarted to keep logging in. Save the downloaded file to your computer. A file extension (eg .zip) will be given to the file you downloaded after complete download.
