Body positive feedback is a kind of feedback which is used to help you learn about yourself.
This kind of feedback includes the comments made by other people in your life, and the media, which includes both print and electronic media, such as magazines, newspapers, books, radio, television and the Internet.
People often talk about body positive feedback and body shaming. Body shaming is the act of making someone feel bad about their body. This is because it is a negative or unfair way of speaking about someone's body, or their physical appearance.
Body positive feedback helps you build your self-esteem, so that you are able to accept and love yourself. If you have low self-esteem, it can be hard to accept yourself and build your confidence.
The type of feedback that we get from our friends and family members can sometimes be unhelpful. It may make you feel bad about yourself or make you feel like you are not good enough.

This is a question that I have always wanted answer to and I just might have found the answer, after reading a paper posted on the American Journal of Physiology by Dr. Smith in 1972:
"It is now becoming generally accepted that certain small peptides, probably products of the enzyme, have a vasodilator action as well as inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation and plasma coagulation. The evidence implicating these peptides in physiological processes has been reviewed by S. R. Lippincott et al. (in Am. Rev. Respir. Dis., 127, 1034, 1972). Recent work from this laboratory has shown that one of these peptides, atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) has a potent diuretic action and potentiates the release of catecholamines from the adrenal medulla. Therefore, ANF, by virtue of its influence on sympathetic nervous system activity, may have an effect on vascular resistance and blood pressure. Preliminary studies also indicate that ANF is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation and coagulation. The potent activity of ANF on vascular resistance and the potent inhibitory action on platelet aggregation indicates that ANF acts as a modulator of blood pressure in addition to its actions on renal function. Inhibition of platelet aggregation is another example of the importance of regulatory peptides in blood coagulation. Regulation of platelet aggregation may play a role in hemostasis."

What is negative feedback of the body?
In a general sense, negative feedback is the process by which you measure something (be it sensory, internal physiological state or external environmental state) and adjust your behavior so that the measured value changes. For example, an amputee might adjust the length of their prosthetic by feeling the resistance on their stump, or someone experiencing pain might alter their posture so that the pain decreases. In both cases, an individual perceives a stimulus (say, force sensation) in a certain way, then adjusts their behavior in order to decrease that sensation.
Feedback loops help maintain stability in systems, just like pendulums do in oscillators. When you make a major change, such as going from a healthy, well-nourished person to a starving, malnourished person, most of your behavior will be fairly stableyou'll eat regularly and go to the bathroom every once in a while, at least as long as you don't starve yourself or get ill.
If you feed a person very little for a long period of time, though, they can quickly become malnourished, making many basic health functionslike, say, the ability to go to the bathroomextremely erratic. The difference between humans and animals with an internal clock is that humans are much more likely to engage in behavioral modification to make the system settle down. I think we're really bad at this kind of thing, but I don't think it would be unreasonable to say that humans don't exist on this planet for the sole purpose of making sure our biological clocks remain in sync with the day/night cycle, and other large-scale natural cycles.
What is positive feedback of the body? We only really come into contact with positive feedback when we're engaged in some physical activity (more on this later). What generally happens when we get positive feedback is that we feel better and we want to keep doing what feels goodso, we start moving faster and harder, which feels good, but doesn't make us healthier; we're just pushing our bodies to try to do more in an effort to feel better.
For example, if you exercise vigorously, you might feel a lot of positive feedback that makes it difficult to return to your couch, but that initial feeling does not necessarily translate into a longer and healthier life.
