Which server is best for VPN?

I have been using Hulu, Netflix and various torrent sites through a VPN and have noticed that none of these use the same server. This leads me to think that there are multiple VPN servers in usage. Which one is best? We will choose not to link to them due to the potential problems this could cause in the forums.
