Download and install the Windscribe browser extension on your computer or device. Depending on what type of device you're using, your download might be bigger than a normal .exe file.

Windscribe is available on the Mac App Store and Windows Store. Your device doesn't need to be running macOS or Windows 10 to access the service.

Connect to your current network. For the best performance, connect to your wireless network on your laptop or desktop computer. You may have to switch back and forth between your wired and wireless connections, or connect your laptop to a wired Ethernet connection. Windscribe recommends using the fastest connection available.

Open the browser extension and follow the instructions onscreen to connect to Windscribe. The connection could take a few minutes to complete.
