I have been using Hotspot Shield for a few years now. I have 2 Hotspot Shield apps on my phone, one is preinstalled, and the other I downloaded. I recently installed an update on my phone and when I checked the app it was not working. The app had not been updated for about a year. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that did not fix the problem. I contacted customer service, and they have been helping me with the problem. They told me that I had to uninstall the app completely, and reinstall it. They gave me a new code. I went to my hotspot shield account and generated a new code. I tried re-downloading the app with the new code, but when I did that it did not work.

I contacted customer service again, and they told me they were going to change my phone and then I could re-download the app. I told them I had to fix this problem first. They told me that I should turn off my phone, and they would send me a new hotspot shield app. I turned off my phone, and I tried to re-download the app, but it was not working.
